i was on the phone with my friend, telling him about my travel plans and when i would arrive in the city he lives.
my plans were pretty spontaneous and i mentioned that on the way there, i would see last minute where i would stay. my friend joked, 'please don't stay in cheap hostels before you come here, they are full of bedbugs.'
we were both really looking forward to see each other, and talked about what our get together would look like. we laughed a lot. then we said good bye and looking forward.
just before hanging up he proclaimed; im really scared you will bring parasites!
as a present i then made him a parasite ward off piece.
